Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I’ve had a great experience with my property manager. They are professional, responsive, and genuinely care about their tenants and the properties they manage Whenever I’ve had a question or needed assistance, they’ve been helpful and quick to respondIt’s clear that they take pride in providing good service and maintaining a positive relationship with their residentsI would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and trustworthy property management

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I will say when I was first applying for my apartment and everything I felt like their process was weird. But I googled online and everything and I found out that really is the process that they go through..... After all that was said and done I was so happy to become a tenant with them. I have had zero issues with Grant and Main as my landlords. Their property managers are awesome too. My personal property manager is a British gentleman named Phil. Grant and Main gave me a chance when nobody else would. They really do fix things if you put in a work order for it. I will say that when it comes to the utilities pay your utilities separate from the rent do not pay it with the rent because it will not be credited. I just renewed for my second year because I do like having Grant and Main as my landlords. I came into this only wanting to build my credit but now it's like I love my apartment and I don't want to leave...... If you know of anyone that is looking for a place have them check out the Grant and Main website. I would say totally worth it!!! I would give more than five stars if I could.....

“Grant and Main have been managing in the last year almost 100 doors for us, mostly single family homes. They have been the best. Professional, responsive, they know what to do, and how. Megan knows Detroit processes and she is very knowledgable. We are very lucky to have Grant and Main manage our properties. Every month we see better results. More income, more houses tenanted. Very happy.”
